   华体会娱乐(中国)有限公司,简称“山东佰汇达集团”(以下简称“公司”)，位于山东省威海市荣成海洋高新技术产业园，是一家以渔业捕捞、冷冻仓储、水产养殖、海洋牧场为主业的规模型民营企业集团，目前拥有十多家国内、外分子公司，业务涉及海洋渔业捕捞、水产品冷冻仓储加工、鱼粉鱼油生产、大闸蟹养殖、海洋牧场、酒店与房地产开发、国际贸易等多个领域。公司先后荣获威海市“守合同重信用企业”、“农业产业化龙头企业”等荣誉称号。

         为促进渔业产业的可持续发展，公司在现有多条大马力渔船的基础上，将产业调整向国际资源转移，开发世界渔业资源，挖掘远洋渔业的综合效益，实
施“三大两新”，即“大水产、大远洋、大贸易、新科技、新机制”的发展战略，在非洲的毛里塔尼亚投资建立远洋捕捞基地，并计划逐步建立冷冻、仓储、加工、
修造等渔业配套设施，改变目前单一捕捞生产的结构，形成产供销结合、前后方配套的完整产业链。
        目前，公司船队水产捕捞能力达到10万吨/年，冷冻仓储吞吐能力达到20余万吨/年，鱼粉、鱼油等产能到达6万吨/年，“黄河口”大闸蟹产能达100万斤(50万公斤)/年，企业营收和利润稳步提高。

  In order to promote the sustainable development of the fishing industry, the company, on the basis of the existing large horse-power fishing vessels, has shifted the industrial adjustment to international resources, developed world fishery resources, tapped the comprehensive benefits of ocean fisheries, implemented the development strategy of "three major and two new", namely "big fisheries, ocean-going, big trade, new technology and new mechanism", and invested in the establishment of ocean-going fisheries base in Mauritania, Africa and planned to gradually establish the freezing, warehousing, processing, repair and other fishery supporting facilities, to change the current structure of a single fishing production, to form a complete industrial chain of production, supply and marketing, front and rear supporting.

   At present, the fishing capacity of the company's vessels reaches 100,000 tons/year, the capacity of refrigeration,storage and handling  reaches more than 200,000 tons /year, the production capacity of fish meal, fish oil and other relevant products reaches 60,000 tons/year, and the production capacity of Chinese hairy crab in the Yellow River Estuary reaches 1 million jin(equals to 500 thousand kg)/year,and the business revenue and profit have steadily increased.
